  1. Vue exceptionnelle mais communication minimale

    Propriété vieillissante qui aurait besoin de rénovation. Absence totale de communication au préalable mais personnel disponible et serviable une fois sur place. Le prétendu lit king size est un matelas déposé sur des planches. Pas même de sommier. Le matelas était néanmoins confortable. Il y a plusieurs appartements dont certains mieux équipés que d'autres mais dans la description sur la fiche booking, on ne fait pas de différence entre les appartements. Comme s'ils étaient tous aussi bien équipés. Les responsables ne répondent jamais à aucun mail. La signalétique à l'entrée de la propriété (située au bout d'un long chemin de terre) est inexistante. Pas même le numéro de la maison, ce qui aurait déjà pu aider. La personne de l'accueil est très aimable et prévenante mais ne parle que l'espagnol. Pas un seul mot d'anglais ou d'autre langue. A la fin du séjour, cette personne nous demande de payer sur son compte personnel, et non sur le comte de l'entreprise, alors que nous avions payé d'avance. Booking nous annonce qu'on va recevoir des instructions par Whatsapp - ce n'est pas le cas. L'endroit est splendide et le bilan du séjour est positif si on n'est pas exigeant.

  2. Awesome nirvana

    One of the best accommodations on Lanzarote, very kind owner, beautiful place with a view to the ocean and the whole city downneath. Very nice appartment, loved the details. As the name Nirvana says - you can feel freedom & peace here, with no one bothering with you. Love it!

    Das Appartement liegt zusammen mit ein paar anderen, weg vom Touristentrubel und etwas abgelegen am Hang eines Vulkankegels. Eigenes Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Phantastische Ruhe. Herrliche Aussicht über Landschaft und Meer. Liebevoll angelegter Palmen- /Kakteen Garten. Sonnenterrasse. Küche (mit Geschirr Waschmaschine) und Wohn-/Esszimmer zusammenhängend. Stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, wie auch Dusche/WC und Schlafzimmer in den hinteren Räumen. Heizung falls nötig mit zwei Elektroofen. Internet nicht überwältigend aber passabel. Waschmaschine in Nebengebäude vorhanden. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner vor Ort. (Besser als die Buchungs Agentur…) Es war mir hier jederzeit wohl.

    The location is nice, away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is simple, well equipped and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the sunbathing area outside did not match the description. Thank you for the good time.

    The garden is just amazing, the place is beautiful. We loved our stay, every sunrise was a wonder. We would definitely come back any time! Also just outside the house starts a really nice hike to a pretty high hill with great view over the island.

  12. Super Ausblick in schönem Ambiente und beeindruckender Umgebung

    schönes Appartement mit guter Aufteilungd und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Schöne Terrasse mit großartigem Blick bis zum Meer. Gute und zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Lage bietet sich gut an, um direkt vom Appartement Wanderungen zu unternehmen. auch für Ausflüge auf der Insel ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit Sitzrondel mit Blick auf den Vulkan und das Meer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

    Wonderful and wild house on the top of the hill with an amazing vue. The commodity itself is super good with all the stuff you need and the garden is just amazing. Very close to all the “must do” areas. Very much recommended.

  14. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO

    Siamo stato una settimana ad agosto. L appartamento molto bello e pulito al nostro arrivo. Il proprietario, Nico, davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto fare un tour della tenuta, davvero ma davvero bellissima, una vista mozzafiato anche dal nostro appartamento! Non è da tutti i giorni svegliarsi, aprire le tende e ammirare l’oceano! Nella zona c è abbastanza aria, ma l’appartamento è munito di un portico riparato su entrambi i lati, così da potersi godere un buon calice di vino sul divanetto esterno senza problemi! La locazione è ottima, in 3 minuti si raggiunge il paesino più vicino, con Eurospar a 5 minuti di macchina. L’appartamento è delizioso, ci è sembrato di essere a casa per una settimana, arredato molto bene e con tutti i comfort! Assolutamente consigliato! E speriamo di poterci tornare presto anche noi!

    The apartment is a little bit small for 2 persons. We always book an apartment, so we can stay home in the evening to cook and relax. In the kitchen we found a lot of pottery, but no oven nor microwave. As relaxing and comfort is very important to us, we weren't so happy with the sofa nor the bed.Unfortunately, there is only 1 sun lounger on the terrace. The garden and the views are wonderful. The complex is very well maintained and everything was very clean.

    auf rd. 450 m Höhe gelegen mit super schöner Aussicht bis zum Meer in einem individuell toll angelegten großen Garten liegt neben weiteren drei Apartments das Apartment Casablanca. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit W-Lan ausgestattet, kann man hier die Seele baumeln lassen. Eine echte Empfehlung, gerne wieder !

    We loved the apartment setting. A loveley vieuw on the sea and the island. Calm and a large garden, which is well kept. A very friendly house keeper Frank who was around daily. The apartment was large enoug and has enough equipment. But the apartment needs to be renovated. What we did not like was the bed, the shower and the sofa. The bed was too hard, not really a bed system but simple planks, the sheets did not fit well. the shower is old and there were fungi on the ceiling, the shower cabin and tiles. The sofa does not give any support. The slats did not work well and had fungi on it too. We think the price was too high for the apartment in this shape. We like the place very much, but would not hire the apartment again if it stays like it is now, we had troubles with sleeping well and pain in our back.     Die Lage mit Blick aufs blaue Meer ist einzigartig. Ein Spaziergang durch den wunderschön angelegten Kaktusgarten lässt einen alle Sorgn vergessen und dann noch einen Plausch mit dem freundlichen Gärtner! Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - ein kleiner Wasserkocher wäre hilfreich- . Doch im Grunde ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Irgenwann kommen wir bestimmt mal wieder. Wenn Sie noch andere Apts. in der Güte haben, wären wir für ein Angebot bei Gelegenheit dankbar. Es kläme wieder ein Aufenthalt im November in Frage. Nun wünschen wir schöne WEihnachten und alles Gute fürs Neue Jahr ihre Brigitte und Peter Lübke

    tolle Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer vom Berg aus. Empfangen wurde man mit einer Flasche Sekt und frischem Obst 👌. Gab keine negativen Dinge die wir erlebt haben! Super 10 Tage hier verbracht. Danke

  25. kleines Appartement für 2 Personen

    Das Appartement war sauber und top eingerichtet. Bis auf kl. Schalen für Müsli alles in der Küche vorhanden. Spülmittel, Seifenspender, Handtücher, Bademäntel, zusätzliche Decken alles vorhanden. Auch hat man an Beleuchtung nicht gespart. Alleine in Wohn- und Küchenraum 15 Lampen um angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Wenn nicht oft der Wind ums Haus und durch die Palmen rauschen würde, es wäre nur still. Hier ist man weit weg vom Hoteltourismus. Möchte man aber dann abends doch noch einen Spaziergang an der Uferpromenade oder ein Lokal am Meer besuchen, ist man in 10 Min dort ( mit Mietwagen ). Auch zu den Bodegas im La Geria ist es nicht weit. Der Park vor der Terrasse ist toll angelegt, hat eine große Rundsitzgruppe von der aus man auf die Orte am Wasser und nach Fuerteventura sehen kann ( wenn es die Sicht erlaubt ). Würden jederzeit wieder gerne hier her kommen.
