  1. A Piece of Heaven

    What can I say ....... this villa was absolutely Brilliant ! From the initial posting of the property, I had some reservations thinking this place was a little piece of heaven and maybe too good to be true. When my wife and I arrived we was blown away, this place was stunning! Guidance from Susanne about entry keys and the alarm system was perfect. The guidance folder was a great help on how to use the facilities and many thanks for the snacks and drinks. Inside the cleanliness was impeccable, the kitchen had every mod-con from coffee maker to orange juicer. The washing was easy to use (with guidance on the machine in English), the Living room and Dining room was a high standard and looked very expensive. The ground floor bedrooms linked to two bathrooms, the beds where memory foam as where the pillows, so comfy. Upstairs consisted of a third bedroom, bathroom and an office, we didn’t use the upstairs facilities but used the Balconies to view the stunning views of the sea and sun setting on an evening. The best bit for me was the patio and pool area, they where perfect. The sun was with us from morning to late afternoon and with a sun trap all day but also sheltering when the wind picked up. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature and so refreshing when we needed to cool down from the hot sun. The only communications needed with Susanna where very minor. We didn’t know where to take the rubbish and initial set up for Check In process, but Susanna replied immediately with help, thanks for that. This Villa was in the perfect location, five minutes to a small local shopping centre with a Spa shop for provisions, two restaurants and a couple of bars. Check out was easy, activate the alarm, lock up and place the key in the “Key Lock”. Finally, a big thankyou to Susanna and the cleaning team. We look forward to coming back one day and this place will be hard to beat.

  2. Casa Estano

    Fabulous villa, equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Lovely quiet location with restaurants, bars and a Spa supermarket a sort distance away. Beautiful views from the upstairs wraparound balcony. Close to the cliff top walking path to Puerto Calero. Susanne is a great host and very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book this villa again.

  5. Fabulous escape!

    Wonderful holiday here, close to a fully stocked shop for all essentials, restaurants and bars within walking distance and the villa is utterly gorgeous. Host was quick to reply to any questions and Villa equipped with everything you should need. Pool was lovely, well maintained and private. A perfect get away where you can relax if you want to, or wander into the old town for a meal without any hassle. Loved it x x

    Wir waren das erste Mal in dem Haus und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses lässt es wirklich an nichts fehlen. Mit Sicherheit kommen wir wieder, da wir auch von der Agentur beste Betreuung hatten, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann.

  9. Besser als die Webseite

    Dieses Haus bietet alles was das Herz begehrt.Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und werden wiederkommen. Alles sauber, Gepflegte Anlage, viel Raum für viele Personen, Geräte alle technisch einwandfrei, toller Garten und ein traumhafter Ausblick. Sollte wirklich mal was sein (hatten wir das schon mal? Kann mich kaum erinnern.) Susanne anrufen und Dir wird - falls erforderlich - sofort geholfen. Haus liegt gut. Geschäfte und Lokale in der Nähe. Urlaub vom Feinsten von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute.

  10. Wonderful House

    The villa located close to the ocean in a quiet quarter of Puerto del Carmen. There are three bed rooms + bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen, a large porch with swimming-pool, in addition a very large balcony with a panorama view (coast + city). There is a beautiful garden. Everything is very luxurious and tasteful. We spend there a marvelous week in January.

    Wir waren zum x-ten Mal in der Villa Casa Estaño. Wie immer alles TippTopp. Sauber, alles in Ordnung, einige Investitionen vorgenommen, Pool so sauber wie nie, alle Geräte in Ordnung und zum Teil neu, Garten sehr gepflegt - was soll ich mehr aufzählen - Urlaub pur von der ersten Minute an. Wir kommen wieder. Bärbel mit Freunden.

  13. Amazing break

    What a beautiful house. 
Felt like is was somebody’s home with everything you could ever require available and personal touches everywhere. 
In a lovely quiet location, close to a Spar, Mario’s and a couple of cafe/bars. 
Loved the views every morning from the balcony and the sun stayed with us all day around the heated pool. Susanne was also on hold 24/7 if we needed anything. Excellent and very well managed.

    My family and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Casa Estano. Everything we could have hoped for - and more. Susanne and her team were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Nothing was too big or two small to ask. Casa Estano itself is absolutely beautiful. A little piece of heaven on earth. Only a short walk from the old town with the most spectacular views. Everything you could need has been thought of and is right to hand from the moment you step through the door. We were very very sad to leave, but hopefully we will get to return some day. If you're thinking of booking, please don't hesitate, do it, you won't regret it!

    Myself and my family returned to Casa Estano this year and we were not disappointed. This villa is a home away from home and is managed by excellent hosts who are available at any stage. This villa is maintained to an extremely high standard and has all of the necessary facilities (wifi, smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher etc) that you would not find in other properties on the island of Lanzarote. We hope to return again in the near future. Many thanks again!

  16. Paradise villa!

    This villa was perfect for us. It has such a luxurious feel to it and contained everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable, the books was extremely spacious, even with six of us, it was spotless. The location was excellent with a Spar shop two minutes walk away and a gorgeous pizza/ Italian restaurant called Mario's next door to the Spar. It was a ten minute walk to the port which was fine for us but it's very hilly and might be a struggle for older folk with poor knees. We will be back. Susannah had everything organized for us and everything ran smoothly.

    What a beautiful place. Everything clean and in good condition. There is nothing missing in the house. All equipments available. The view, specially from the Terrasse upstairs is one of the best views I ever have seen on Lanzarote. And Susanne was very helpful if there was any question. we come back definitive.

    Fantastic villa in the old part of Puerto del carmen, our kids loved the pool. We had a great holiday. The villa had everything to make our stay perfect, the views are amazing. We walked to Puerto Calero, the views are beautiful and we took the boat trip back as too hot...... Susanne and Dennis were brilliant from start to finish, the What's app group was a great idea. No mosquitoes or wasps, what a bonus, we went in August. Our first time in Lanzarote, we didn't know what to expect, but loved the place. Hot in the day, but bearable at night when the temperature drops. Would definitely recommend Auszeit Lanzarote and we will use when we visit again.

  22. Casa Estano, Outstanding villa

    We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. Nice quiet area on millionaires hill. Villa is so comfortable and modern, and has everything you need. Plenty of private outside space with a fantastic pool. A few minutes walk away there is a eurospar and Mario's Pizzeria. About 10 minutes walk from villa is the harbour for more restaurants and bars. Puerto del carmen main beach front is about 25 minutes walk where there's plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Susanna was so helpful from start to finish, even providing airport transfers and taking us around the villa and giving us any information we needed about the villa and area. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks.

  23. Return to Casa Estano

    This was our second stay in Casa Estano and was as good as the first time. Super location in quieter area but within walking distance of restaurants, supermarket, beach etc and only 15 mins drive max from airport. Villa has plenty of room for a family of four and a lovely pool/terrace area with comfortable seating. If you are into watching tv in the evenings, note it is primarily german speaking channels but that was inconsequential to us as the holiday is all about being outside. Villa is near the start of the cliff -top walk to Puerto Calero...a must. We will be back again hopefully...Suzanne & team in Travidoo a pleasure to deal with. Thank you 😊

  29. Comfortable villa - Casa Estano

    Susanne & Victor were a pleasure to deal with. We wanted a quieter private location in the old town. Casa Estano was perfect but still only a 15min walk to the new town 'strip' should you wish to venture there. The villa was well equipped and while there is no air conditioning, the marble floors and large windows kept it cool with additional standalone fans provided. The outside space is fantastic with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and the ability to get shade when required too. We will certainly recommend this property to our family and friends and hope to return ourselves again! Thank you😁

  31. Beautiful villa and good location

    This villa is super inside - highest quality interior and just like being at home. Bathroom for the master bedroom upstairs is very small however. The garden and pool area is very nice (and the attendants tried to be helpful) - only problem was the heating system for the pool apparently didn't work if there was a rain shower, so even though we would have swum all days, we could only use it the last few days of the week when it didn't rain at all and the water temperature got up to 26oC - so that wasn't good value for the extra we paid for pool heating. The villa is semi-detached and in a row of houses so there is the possibility of noise - next door neighbours were very quiet but a rental property next to them had some noisy (British) people which wasn't great. But the location, walking distance to PdelCarmen and P Calero - and the sea views are all spectacular.

    There is no air conditioning and the rooms are very hot, We were provided with some fans which made it a little more bearable. The upstairs bathroom was very small especially the shower cubicle and the shower wasn't very good. The appliances in the kitchen could do with being updated especially the fridge freezer. Also it was very noisy on a night with loud music being played until at least 3 am and a lot of heavy traffic, due to the heat and lack of air con, Windows needed to remain open which didn't help. The pool area was okay although you would struggle to fit 8 adults around the table and pool area.
