    L'appartement était très propre et fraichement lavé à mon arrivée. La terrasse de taille raisonnable et très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou l'apéro. Merci beaucoup

  3. great accomodation

    The flat was very clean, cute, everything disposable, a lot of extra towels even for the beach! I really approcciated. Points that can be improved in my opinion: - some lights weren't working so it was a bit dark in the evening; - would have been nice to have some samples of shampoo and shower gel, which were missing therefore we had to buy, as well as some basic condiments such as oil, salt, sugar, some tea and coffee for breakfast. Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you!

    I had a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the apartment. The team dealt with my issues in a prompt manner and good communication. The photos of this apartment are not like when you arrive.

  6. Sehr hübsches Apartment

    Das Apartment ist hübsch eingerichtet, es gibt sogar Bademäntel :-) Die Lage ist ruhig, wenn man mehr trubel mag ist man in ein paar Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Um die Insel zu erkunden ist die Lage auch top, da das Apartment fast in der Mitte der Insel ist.

    Very good apartment had everything you for staying there ,clean and well looked after ,in an excellent complex nice and quiet, only problem was tv is in german but i had memory sticks with films for the odd night i was staying in ,,wee problem getting wi fi but girl next door gave us her password and was able to use hers ,,nice welcome pack of wine cider water and biscuits from the owners ,would book again

  8. Comfortable small apartment

    I had an enjoyable stay. I did have a couple of issues that were dealt with. Kitchen area a bit small with not much work space. Be aware no English speaking channels on the TV. NiCe bedroom with comfy bed and plenty of storage space bathroom was fine too with shower and washing machine. All in all I had a lovely stay

  9. Kein Domizil für Langzeiturlaub

    Die Wohnung selber hat uns zu gesagt was uns gefreut hat war das deutsche Fernseprogramm, aber der Service war sehr schlecht wir hatten 6 Wochen gebucht und nach drei Wochen bekamen wir keinen Austausch der Bettwäsche,keine frischen Handtücher mehr, Geschirrtücher hatte ich gottseidank von zu Hause mitgebracht die wurden schon beim 2. mal nicht mehr mitgenomen zum waschen. Leider auch auf Nachfrage über Wathsappgruppe, keine Reaktion. Eine schöne ruhige Anlage aber wir würden sie nicht mehr buchen

    The apartment was great really comfortable nice to find the welcome pack when we arrived towels and bath robes was also a nice touch. did struggle to find the keys for the apartment when we arrived at 21:30 but we did get round that. would have liked the TV to show English channels? will deffo stay at this apartment again and recommend to family and friends

    Really nice place. Nice space. Was hard to find because it's not 216 it's 36.. googlemaps doesn't find it. 089* is confusing too. Good size and facilities. Cooking stuff and welcoming snacks were nice. There is a strange smell in the apartment, like damp which I disliked. great location in Puerta del Carmen. Tv channels are 99% German. Hot water comes out yellowish. Good price.

    Como positivo, la ubicación para salir con el coche a otras playas y que es un sitio tranquilo. Como negativo: Falta pintura Camas separadas y pequeñas para mi, que mido 1'9 Muy luminoso y por la mañana entra mucha claridad y hace que te despiertes temprano. Piscina sucia.

  26. Todo según lo esperado y sin sorpresas

    La comunicación con Davide fue excelente y no hubo sorpresas en nuestra estancia. Encontramos algunos artículos que nos ayudaron como zumo, café, trapos para la cocina, agua, papel higiénico... Aunque parezca una tontería, son cosas que te libran de tener que comprarlo todo. Muy agradable y repetiría sin duda.

  27. Peaceful Week

    Enjoyed nice break with my wife here, first week of April, to celebrate my Birthday. Apartment was top notch, and couldnt fault. Veiws to south were fab, and watch Sun go down each night, as weather was superb. Only downside is position, as uphill walk for return journey, but we found it no problem (maybe not for all thou). All in all it was very enjoyable.

    Appartamento pulito, a 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge, parcheggi comodi fuori casa e gratuiti. Accogliente e con tutto quello che serve in cucina! Unico piccolo difetto, manca un tavolo all'interno dell'appartamento, è presente solo sulla terrazza

  30. A week at Apt.218 Los Zafiros. (1st Floor) Puerto del Carmen

    Before travelling to Lanzarote we were quite concerned about our choice as we had seen a bad report of this property on a review site. In the event we were agreeably surprised and were delighted with our 'home' for this short break. The situation is very good - a quiet area with a choice of routes to walk downhill to the 'Strip' / beach with all the resort attractions. The climb back up the hill was not too strenuous even for us 70+ year olds! The property is compact, bright, well presented and has pleasant views of the sea and 'mountains'. It was also very well equipped with everything (and more) that most people would need.(Others we considered charged extra for even basic items) Furniture is generally basic but functional and a built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage for clothes. No inside dining table is provided but there is a breakfast bar and stools. A relatively small balcony provides facilities for eating and sunbathing. The small community swimming pool was well kept but quite cool in Feb./March! Unlike many parts of the resort, parking for the hire car is not difficult. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

    The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from Puerto del Carmen and within 15 minutes from the airport. Easy parking, great as a base for daily trips around the island. It is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay too (we stayed just for four nights).

    I spent 4 great days in this appartment. It is cosy, in a good and calm location, and it has everything you may need for a perfect holiday! I didn't meet the agency team in person, but I was in contact with them, and had no problems to get the keys or whatsoever. They even left a bottle of canarian wine and water as a welcome gift! Very very recommendable. If I ever go back to Lanzarote, I would choose again this place without any doubt.
