  1. Excelente servicio y ubicación

    Lo recomendaría, el apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien situado, en un sitio tranquilo y céntrico a la vez. El único problema fue la TV, estaba mal sintonizada y todo era en otro idioma, pero como estuvimos casi todo el tiempo fuera, no nos ocasionó gran problema. Lo mejor la terraza grande y cómoda en la que disfrutar. Volveremos

    We enjoyed our stay even though we had a shock on our last night as we watched Netflix when a fitting under the sink in the bathroom burst and flooded the floor but I managed to get the water turned off and mopped up the mess thankfully not flooding neighbor downstairs . It was just an unlucky episode

  12. Wirklich empfehlenswert

    Schön eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhigem Quartier. Grösse Terrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr- und Waschmaschine. Bequeme Betten. Alles da, was man braucht. Bäckerei für frisches Brot gleich um die Ecke, täglich geöffnet. In wenigen Fussminuten zudem Supermarkt und auch eine gute Tapa Bar sowie gleich daneben sehr gute Bodega für Nachtessen erreichbar. Parkplatz gleich vor der Haustüre. Wir waren mit den Rennvelos unterwegs, gute Ausgangslage für ganze Insel. Können diese Wohnung wirklich nur empfehlen.

  13. Tolles Apartment mit viel Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub

    Das Apartment liegt günstig in der Inselmitte und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Lanzarote zu Erkunden. Tias ist kein Touristenort, was wir besonders geschätzt haben. Es gibt alles notwendige fußläufig, von einem großen Supermarkt über eine tolle Bäckerei bis hin zu diversen Lokalen. Strände sind in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Beim Apartment haben wir vor allen die Größe, die vielen Fenster für viel Licht und die tolle Terrasse genossen. Pluspunkte + Super Lage in einem authentischen schönen kleinen Ort + Größe mit zwei Schlaf- und zwei Badezimmer + Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden und schöne Abende + Betten mit guter Matratze (Federkern von Ikea) + Schnelles WLAN + Küche mit Herd, Backofen und Geschirrspüler für alle die kochen mögen + Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Apartment Minuspunkte: - Man muss irgendwann leider wieder nach Hause Hervorzuheben ist die Leistung von Auszeit Lanzarote. Wir buchen sonst über AirBnB und haben schon viele tolle Gastgeber kennen gelernt. Susanne aber hat vieles übertroffen und war immer für uns da und erreichbar. Auch bei einem kleinen Krankheitsfall hat Sie uns super weitergeholfen und wertvolle Hilfe gegeben.

  14. sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

    Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles, was man braucht, ist da, es ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Die große Terrasse ist toll. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, keinerlei Touristenrummel wie z.B. in Puerto del Carmen oder an der Costa Teguise.

  16. Bei Auszeit Lanzarote buchen, heißt "Mehr als man braucht".

    Auch dieses Mal haben wir wieder ein super Apartment mit nettem Gruß zum Empfang vorgefunden. Es war alles sauber, alles wie angekündigt, alles hat bestens funktioniert und gepasst zu unseren Ansprüchen. Hier fühlt man sich im Urlaub mindestens wie zu Hause und Frühstück auf der großzügigen Terrasse ist tausend mal besser als in einer Hotelspeisehalle. Hier hätte man auch den ganzen Tag relaxen können, oder wie wir es taten, wenn wir von unseren Erkundungstouren über die Insel wieder zurück kamen. Für guten Wein gibt es auch gute Weingläser! Auch das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich, Küche gut ausgestattet, Matratzen ließen einen super schlafen, große Decken, gute Handtücher, haufenweise Kleiderbügel, Waschmaschine/Spülmaschine inklusive Beschreibungen, eine normale Kaffeemaschine, eine für Nespresso-Kapseln, Wasserkocher, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen brauchten wir nicht, wäre aber da gewesen. Wlan und Fernseher mit Möglichkeit mit Smartphone zu verbinden auch da. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, in der Nähe gab es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gut essen konnte man in verschiedenen Lokalen in weniger als 500 Meter Entfernung. Wenn man dabei nicht auf Touristenströme trifft, sondern sich zwischen Einheimischen und ein paar vereinzelten Urlaubern befindet, deutsch nicht das ist, was einen weiter bringt, sondern man sich Mühe geben muss, dass das richtige auf den Tisch kommt, ist das Urlaubsgefühl deutlich größer als ... ach, Ihr wisst schon was ich meine. Wir haben keine Beschwerden vorzutragen und hatten einen super Urlaub. DANKE an die Wohnungsbesitzer - ich bewundere immer Menschen, die ihre liebenvoll eingerichteten 4 Wände fremden Menschen zur Verfügung stellen! DANKE an das Auszeit Lanzarote-Team, ihr habt mich noch NIE enttäuscht!

    We had a lovely holiday in this sparkling clean apartment with a great south facing terrace overlooking Tías to the sea. The booking was easy and the agent was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

  18. Vacances Lanzarote

    Cela avait mal commencé, 2 heures afin de trouver l’appartement, en effet on nous avait envoyé une mauvaise adresse (message qui à été supprimé sur whats App) avec un Denys qui n'a manifestement pas l’habitude de parler avec des personnes non anglophone ou ne pratiquant pas un anglais parfait. Après avoir trouvé la bonne adresse et la KeysBox, Nous sommes entré dans un appartement très bien tenu propre et avons eu la bonne surprise d'une bonne bouteille de vin pour oublier nos 2 heures d’énervement..... Au mois de janvier il y des nuits un peu fraiche et il aurait été judicieux d'avoir quelques chauffages d'appoints, ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas. Après si un soir emmitouflés dans votre pull et sous la couverture vous avez envie de regarder la télé?!?!? après être parfaitement anglophone pour arriver à l'appartement là il faut être parfaitement germanophone pour la TOTALITÉ des programmes de la télé.

    Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything one could possibly need for a wonderful self catering holiday. Very clean modern and spacious. The terrace is exceptional.. huge and very comfortable. I have stayed in many accommodations in the Tías area and this is a favourite. Thankyou also to the caring staff . Perfect 👌

  20. A great modern apartment

    Great modern clean apartment in the centre of Tias but in a quiet location. You can pop out in the morning for fresh bread, do a big shop and have great food all on your door step. We stayed here for 9 nights and travelled/walked all over the island. The apartment is clean and modern and the only thing we missed were mugs! We enjoy a good large drink of tea and coffee in the morning so we have contributed 2 blue mugs to go with the colour scheme (maybe a British thing) also worth noting the TV is in German so no catching up on the news, unless your German of course! We arrived in Lanzarote 4 days prior with no wifi so missed the excellent instructions on finding the property but a quick phone call and we were soon directed as even the locals couldn't locate the address exactly so look out for that in advance. We had a problem with hot water but once again a message was answered very quickly and the problem resolved instantly. Owners are great and accommodating and offer a great service and an amazing welcome pack....thank you, very much appreciated x Tias is a great area to set as a base, even without a car. We traveled over as far as Playa Blanca, Arrecife, Son Barthalome, Playa Honda and Peurto Del Carmen either by bus or car. Great selection of restaurants and cafes are on hand. A must is La Ermita, Millo y Millo, Taverna Iguaden and dont miss going just across the road to Ca Marco, great for a nightcap but Marco's wife does amazing food and all mentioned have great service and wonderful atmosphere. There is something for everyone. Thank you Suzanne and team for a wonderful stay xx
