    Wir hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt. Nico, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft war noch viel schöner, als es die Bilder vermuten ließen! Die komplette Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und bietet viel Privatsphäre und Komfort. Und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön. Vielen Dank und hoffentlich bis bald!

    Das Haus Empireo in La Asomada war so, wie wir uns es vorgestellt hatten. Es hat eine phantastische Lage am Ortsrand von La Asomada, direkt vor zwei Vulkanbergen. Toll in die Landschaft eingepasst und mit herrlichem Blick nach Puerto del Carmen und Fuerteventura. Der Blick, wenn man auf der großen und teils windgeschützten Terrasse sitzt ist wirklich nicht zu bezahlen. Es ist absolut ruhig, man hört weder Nachbarn noch Autos noch Flugzeuge, obwohl man sie sieht. Vom Haus kann man sofort los wandern, entweder auf die Vulkanhügel (anstrengend, da steil) oder rüber nach La Geria ins Weinanbaugebiet. Mit dem Auto, dass man braucht, ist man in knapp 10 min. bei Eurospar zum Einkaufen. Man hat überhaupt kurze Wege. Man merkt, dass das Haus einige Jahre alt ist, was aber noch i.O. ist. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

    Das Haus liegt phantastisch vor zwei Vulkanhügel, toll in die Landschaft eingepasst. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick zum Meer über Puerto del Carmen bis nach Fuerteventura. Überall hin sind es kurze Wege, z.B. zum Einkaufen. Im Haus hat man absolute Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

  7. Mein Aufenthalt hingegen - i.e. nicht die Vorbereitung und Übergabe - war prächtig.

    Positive: Lage exzellent... Ruhe absolut...Ausstattung und Stil perfekt Negative: Ich erhielt ein Dutzend mails im Vorfeld, mehrere sich wiederholend betr. per-check-in, GästePortal login etc. Ich schrieb ZWEImal zurück, man möge mich mit solchen check-in- und passport-scans per herunterzulassender apps verschonen; auch möge man mich beste. Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe einfach mal kurz anrufen um dies alles kurz und einfach am Telefon abzusprechen. Antwort erhielt ich KEINE, nur weitere emails. All dies finde ich unerträglich... zumal einige oder fast alle dieser mails sehr nach automatisierter Erstellung/Sendung aussahen. Ändern Sie das. Ich mag in Sachen Urlaub SO NICHT 'beschäftigt' werden !! Bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe war glücklicherweise und zufällig ein Freund des Besitzers in dessen Haus gerade anwesend...

    I loved the opportunity to stay at this apartment. The apartment owner's brother lives next door, which helped us feel safe. It is very hilly so a car is a must, but the apartment is clearly very new and all the facilities are totally up to date. The apartment has had brand new broadband internet and WiFi fitted, which was 311 Mbps download and 132 Mpbs upload speed - faster than the house I live in back in the UK! The apartment was spotless and clean, and there were tremendous views out of the main living room window. The washing machine and tumble dryer are brand new and were quite quiet. Overall a really enjoyable place to have a quiet relaxing stay.

    Positive: La maison est bien positione qvec une vue superbe sur ls mer Negative: Tout: - personne répond ni au téléphone ni aux messages. - personne t'accueille le jour de l arrivée ou t'appelle pour savoir si tout c est bien passé - personne qui te demande si t'as besoin de quelque chose - en une semaine pour le prix qu'on a payé personne est venu à faire le ménage! - le lit c etait un matelas posé par terre, pour 800 euro la samine on s attend minimum un lit, possiblement confortable. - mauvaise odeurs dans la maison tout au long du séjour dû à la décharge des eaux usées - tous les livres ainsi que la télévision étaient en allemand. Et la liste pourrait continuer... C'est vraiment la première fois que nous arrive de poser un commentaire aussi mauvais mais il fallait le faire afin que vous puissiez vraiment faire quelque chose et vous améliorer car l'endroit c'est magnifique, ma la maison ne vaux pas du tout ce prix.

    Positive: eine toller Lage, wunderschöner Garten, eine Terrasse mit super Sicht und sehr ruhig sehr geräumiger Küchen, Wohn- und Essbereich Negative: Wir haben keine Informationen zum Haus bekommen (Müll entsorgen, einkaufen usw.) , da kein persönlicher Kontakt bestand. Schlüssel hat gesteckt, nachdem wir uns nach Ankunft gemeldet haben. Kein gutes Bett, veraltetes Media-System.

    We had a good stay, the views are spectacular. The apartment has a modern lay out with a nice mezzanine sleeping area. Our main issue was that the hot tub was left to us to fill and heat up, we arrived with the hopes of jumping right in and the process of getting it filled and heated shaved a couple of days or so of usage off of it. All in all we had a good time but wished we could have avoided the hassle with the hot tub!

    The place is beautiful: big terrace with a stunning view, lots of intimacy, very well equipped kitchen, all commodities within 5min drive. Perfect for a couple, but can accommodate more people if needed The only negative point is the jacuzzi : the water didn’t heat. In the summer it’s probably not a problem, but in march/april the water was just too cold and we couldn’t use it. We were a bit disappointed as we booked a place especially for the jacuzzi. Other than that everything was perfect, thank you!

It has all you will require for hosting the two of you. You are up in the mountains. So if you don’t have a car take a few days supply so you can enjoy the surrounding before getting a taxi back down the mountain. You won’t want to leave but the fridge isn’t big enough for a big shop. Keep everything you want fresh and you’ll love your time even more. The taxi is easy and quick so that’s not a worry. If you like a drink and cocktails - they have all the glasses you’ll need. Daiquiri in the hot tub with your partner as the sun goes down - Perfection Book it, enjoy it and see the upside down world from a mountain high

    Très bel appartement dont le vrai plus est la magnifique terrasse avec la vue. Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé (serviette et peignoir), produit de base pour la cuisine voir plus, papier toilette ect. par contre attention au lit mezzanine, personnellement j’ai fait un beau vol la première nuit. Seul bémol pour nous, le jacuzzi. Nous avions choisi de mettre un peu plus dans le prix justement pour cela mais le jacuzzi nous a déçu (ne chauffe pas super bien, rien pour le couvrir donc souvent sali avec le vent ect) A savoir, il vois faut la voiture pour pouvoir profiter de cet appartement qui est un peu isolé des villes, ce que nous souhaitions. Je conseille pour des vacances romantique et reposante, loin du monde et avec une magnifique vue

    La casa es tal cual las fotos. Las vistas son impresionantes. Los anfitriones son muy amables y nos ayudaron mandándonos un PDF con toda la información previa, además de dejarnos salir más tarde de la casa adaptándose al horario de nuestro vuelo. Solo tuvimos un problema de hormigas dentro de la casa que solucionaron enseguida. Estuvimos muy a gusto, muchas gracias!

    Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf die Küste und das Meer. Sehr ruhig und friedlich, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die eigene Terrasse mit Whirlpool und Liegebereich liegt sehr privat. Susanne und das Team von Booking-Lanzarote waren sehr schnell in der Beantwortung aller Fragen und super freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder!

    Nachdem wir schon über 30 Jahre nach Lanzarote reisen und schon vor ca. 15 Jahren das erste mal im Nirvana zu Gast sein dürfen haben wir uns dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fast einzigartig, Ruhe und Erholung pur mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Nur wenn eine Wohnung in die Jahre kommt , so ist es auch zu hause, fallen nun doch auch Renovierungsarbeiten an. Die Wände und Decken dürften schon einmal überarbeitet werden, in der Dusche ist eine Wandverkleidung verbrochen, die Bettwäsche riecht etwas streng wenn es warm wird, Teller und Tassen haben eine Menge Abstossungen auch unter den Küchenarbeitsplatten ist es nicht sonderlich nett zu schauen. Im WC unterm Waschbecken läuft eine braune Spur nach unten. Ein Jacuzzi der 4 Stunden ztur Wassererwärmung braucht ist auch nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Ich will die schöne Anlage die Herr Georg Schneider mit viel Liebe erbaut hat nicht schlecht reden, nur ich bin der Meinung es wäre an der Zeit an gewissen Stellen müsste etwas getan werden.

    tolle Lage für zwei nicht mehr ganz so junge Genießer war das die Ideale Art auf Lanzerote Urlaub zu machen. Die Organisation durch das Team von Susanne war wie immer unaufgeregt und in allen Teilen stimmig. Haus mit schöner Terrasse und wunderbarem Garten eine Wohlfühloase die wir 13 Tage auf vollen Zügen genossen haben. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.... Liebe Grüße Anita und Dieter

  35. es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten

    Die Unterkunft an sich, liegt fantastisch und ist sauber. Zur "Perfektion" fehlt es leider an ein paar Kleinigkeiten. 1.) Die Abdeckung des Jacuzzi ist kaputt. 2.) Leider gibt es nur 4 Kaffeetassen und auch Besteck (Messer und kleine Löffel) gibt es nur in dem Ausmaß, dass man zu zweit alle 2 Tage selber spülen muss oder die Spülmaschine einschalten muss. Aus "Wasserspar-Sicht", wäre hier mehr Geschirr und Besteck äußerst sinnvoll. 3.) Der Schlauch der Handdusche in der Dusche leckt. 4.) Der Spülkopf des Bidets ist verkalkt, so dass das Wasser spritzt. Alles in Allem nur Kleinigkeiten, die auch nicht viel kosten. Die aber die Note "SUPER", "PERFEKT", "1A" verhindern. Nichts desto trotz kommen wir gerne wieder.

  39. Wir kommen wieder..... leider erst in 2018

    Bis auf Kleinigkeiten (wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten im Detail) war der Aufenthalt im Empireo wird fantastisch....... Es könnten mehr Kaffeetassen vorhanden sein..... so schaltet man die Spülmaschine öfter ein, als notwendig... Aber sogar ein Mückenstecker mit Sticks ist vorhanden.... SPITZE Zwischendrin haben wir frische Bettwäsche bekomme und es wurde durchgeputzt..... TOLL von der Aussicht gar nicht zu reden..... die ist sowieso phänomenal..... Der Jakuzie war sauber und mit frischen Wasser gefüllt...... so soll es sein.... Insgesamt merkt man, dass die Anlage gepflegt wird. Dankeschön für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Tiene unas espectaculares vistas del mar y de los pueblitos blancos de la isla. Lo recomendamos 100% si lo que se busca es paz, tranquilidad y confort en un lugar privilegiado de la isla.

    Se siete stanchi del caos cittadino e avete voglia di fuggire in un'oasi di pace e serenità questo appartamento fa per voi. Posto su una collina che domina la costa di Puerto del Carmen è lontano dal caos di ristoranti e pub, che sono tuttavia raggiungibili in 10 minuti di auto. L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e arredato esattamente come nelle foto. Nessuna sorpresa, anzi, l'agenzia che lo gestisce si è dimostrata molto disponibile quando abbiamo avuto bisogno. Insomma consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla. Unica nota: l'ultimo tratto di strada è un pochino ripido, quindi dovete essere capaci di partire con l'auto in salita!
