We stayed at Villa Jardin for 12 nights april 14-26th This villa is beautiful indoors and also outside area with a fair sized pool (heated if you like) everything was clean and also nice little touches like plants and lots of pictures which made it seem like a home and not like a typical bare holiday let. Beds comfortable and also 2 bathrooms,kitchen utensils were plentiful if you wanted a quiet night in. The views of the mountains is also lovely while you are sitting around the pool or bbq. The villa is approx. 20mins leasurely walk down to the front where all pubs and restaurants are located. We loved it and have already booked for next year 20/20 because of the lovely quiet location the villa is in. Also you have peace of mind if anything should go wrong you have all the phone numbers of Booking-Lanzarote/Auszeit Lanzarote which is the rental company headed by Susanne Zinn and her team, we had a slight query and i can say it was dealt with promptly. I cannot thank Susanne and her team enough, so that is why we have booked direct with Auzeit Lanzarote you know you are in safe hands. Thanks again Susanne and your team

Amazing service! The villa was very equipped with everything you could need, really spacious, bathrooms very good and amazing views with ultimate privacy. Dennis was absolutely brilliant and nothing was a problem, very professional and helpful. I would recommend both the villa and agents to all.
We only offer holiday homes that me and my team have visited and where we are in direct contact with the owner, maintenance and cleaning. We live on Lanzarote and check the homes personally for you before we contract them and we keep reviewing them from time to time. We don't rerent from other agencies. Our service team works 7 days a week to make sure that questions you might have will be dealt with quickly. The team members are updating their knowlegde constantly, e.g. concerning new cleaning standards due to COVID19 etc.
