Within walking distance are the two small but well-stocked village supermarkets, four restaurants, and the village square, which often hosts local events. Cyclists especially love the place as a starting point for various tours around the island. The famous wine-growing area of La Geria is only a few minutes away by car and from the kitchen you can enjoy a beautiful view not only there, but also of the volcanoes of the National Park and unforgettable sunsets.
