  1. A lovely appartement in a beautiful development

    This development is beautifully maintained and a pleasure to stay in. It has a lovely pool and beautiful planting in the public areas and is a few steps from two lovely beaches with charming bars/eateries on the prom. It’s a lovely setting! The chalet was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with two wonderful terraces and sea views to die for. It’s a little chilly in the evenings so take a jumper if you go in winter as there’s no heating but the bedrooms all have blankets and we were warm in bed. I would definitely recommend and we hope to return.

  3. Nice complex in great location

    Property is in a good location on a well maintained secure complex. Mostly very happy with the property which afforded lovely views over the see from the upstairs balcony. A couple of points worth noting though.There is no heating in the property so was a little chilly in the evenings during our stay in January. There was not sufficient hot water to facilitate 2 consecutive showers in the main bathroom; you had to be quick. The sun beds on the downstairs patio need replacing as there is a big hole in one right where one sits and the cushions were in need of a deep clean. Accessing the property was easy and both the agents and the owner were helpful. Great location and very handy for seaside walks, local restaurants, local transport and the shopping centre.

    Ein sehr schöner Bungalow in einer absolut gepflegten Anlage. Meerblick und wenige Meter von der Strandpromenade. Super Betreuung durch das Team der Auszeit. Wie gewohnt, da wir bereits 10 Jahre über Susanne und ihr Team, 2 mal jährlich. buchen und nie enttäuscht wurden. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder! Kerstin und Roman

  5. Good position

    Spent 4weeks in this property although we had change of bedding and towels weekly it was never cleaned and all surfaces were covered in dust. This property was well equipped the tv was disappointing although it had Netflix codes were not available. Property was let down by the lack of cleaning.

  10. Bungalow Sol Valor

    - bei der unteren Dusche fehlte die Glastüre und konnte somit nicht benutzt werden, bei der Dusche im OG war der Vorhang undicht - viele Ameisen im Haus vor allem in der Küche aber auch im Bett im OG! - Kakerlaken im unteren Bad - Die Agentur war nicht erreichbar und gab per SMS keine Antwort - keine Übergabe und Erklärungen zum Haus und den Gegebenheiten (den Grill habe wir zufällig in einem Schrank entdeckt, als der Boiler nicht funktionierte, mussten wir persönlich bei der Agentur vorbei...) - die Anlage in der der Bungalow liegt ist ruhig und gepflegt, nahe Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

    The Bungalow in Playa Honda was everything the photos suggested, no matter where you were in the bungalow you hear to waves crashing onto the shore The upstairs view from the bedroom balcony in the morning was amazing Will definitely be returning again probably September or October 2018

    It has everything you need and more. Spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was not too busy but you have the beach just out the back anyway. Highly recommended.

    Great holiday , lovely accommodation, quiet location but everything is nearby . Highly recommend la opera restaurant up the road 5 min walk . Deiland shopping centre has everything u need , food , clothes , bowling , cafes , KFC Burger King and great kebabs for takeaway nights, . Prom is just out the back gate , beaches left and right .4 Spanish style beach restaurants / bars to the right on prom just few minutes walk. Sound of waves all night

  17. Tolle Lage am Meer. Ausgezeichneter Service. Klasse Bungalow.

    Wir waren im Januar für eine Woche zu zweit in Playa Honda. Trotz sehr sehr kurzfristiger Buchung hat alles perfekt geklappt (unser Dank an Susanne, über die wir schon öfter gebucht haben). Wir waren schon einige Male auf Lanzarote, aber zum ersten Mal in dieser Lage. Der Bungalow befindet sich in einer recht kleinen, netten Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool ganz nah am Meer in Playa Honda, also zwischen Arrecife und Puerto del Carmen, und damit in einem typisch spanischen Umfeld. "Klassische" Touristen wie in Puerto del Carmen oder Playa Blanca gibt es wenige, hier wohnen zu 98% Spanier, die in den Städten arbeiten. Die einmalige Lage ermöglicht lange Spaziergänge direkt am Meer - das Meeresrauschen hört man sogar bis ins Schlafzimmer. Wer Sorge hat, dass die unmittelbare Nähe zum Flughafen ein Problem darstellt: Für uns war es keines. Natürlich hört man ab und zu ein paar Fluggeräusche, aber wir fanden das vollkommen unproblematisch. Die kleinen Bars direkt am Strand sind einladend und haben ausgesprochen freundlichen Service. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Ebenen, hat zwei tolle Terrassen, eine oben, eine unten, beide mit Südlage, die obere mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Bei Ankunft gab es zu unserer Freude sogar ein schönes Fläschchen Vino. Und da unser Rückflug erst am Nachmittag ging, konnten wir sogar in Absprache das Haus etwas länger bewohnen. Für uns ein ganz toller Aufenthalt- wir kommen gern wieder! :-)
