This beautiful finca awaits you with an incredible view, both for early birds watching the sunrise over the ocean and enjoying the sunset behind the mountains of Los Ajaches. Two of the three suites offer direct sea views even from the bed, in the third suite you can enjoy the incomparable sea view in a private atmosphere on the accompanying terrace in a wind-protected ambience.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, each of which is very individual, of high quality and all equipped with underfloor heating. For the beds, the highest quality mattresses have been selected, which guarantee your sleeping comfort on holiday with numerous, different pillows as well as various selectable duvets. 100% blackout curtains allow even late sleepers to really relax.
Furthermore, small seating areas are also available in the suites, so that you can also withdraw once in a while if you are traveling with several travelers.
The spacious central area of the house combines kitchen, dining area and sofa corner in a generous living area of more than 60sqm, which can be opened to the terrace side with a 4-wing door and also provides the dining area on the mountain side with a lot of light and ambience through a round arch made of volcanic stone. From the kitchen there is access to a small terrace with a bench, barbecue and herb garden.

In all rooms of the house, great importance was attached to beautiful light sources, so that the finca spreads a great feel-good ambience in all corners of the house, especially in the evening.

The house has a 300MB fibre-optic internet line, which reaches all rooms via a high-quality distribution system and also provides full power outside on the terrace. International TV channels on all devices (TV in the living room and in each suite, all devices have Smart TV, Netflix, etc ), a Marshall box and JBL boxes in each suite complete the entertainment offer in this unique holiday home.

The kitchen equipment has been designed with ambitious cooks in mind. Everything that the heart desires and could be used in the holiday kitchen is available. Handmade crockery, numerous glasses and good knives and pots and pans will surely let you spend great moments in the house. There are high-quality artificial glasses for the pool.

The house is equipped with an alarm system, but this can be switched at each suite, so that late comers can come home separately through their own entrance without waking up the rest of the house.

The entire property is designed for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. The house can be reached without stairs via a ramp. The entire living and terrace area is at ground level - there are no steps. Only in Suite 3 is there a step to access the private terrace; likewise, there is a small step to access the utility room.

Due to the local conditions with volcanic rocks, cacti and slope, the finca is not suitable for children under 12 years. If you think your child can cope, please contact us before booking.
