    Propriété vieillissante qui aurait besoin de rénovation. Absence totale de communication au préalable mais personnel disponible et serviable une fois sur place. Le prétendu lit king size est un matelas déposé sur des planches. Pas même de sommier. Le matelas était néanmoins confortable. Il y a plusieurs appartements dont certains mieux équipés que d'autres mais dans la description sur la fiche booking, on ne fait pas de différence entre les appartements. Comme s'ils étaient tous aussi bien équipés. Les responsables ne répondent jamais à aucun mail. La signalétique à l'entrée de la propriété (située au bout d'un long chemin de terre) est inexistante. Pas même le numéro de la maison, ce qui aurait déjà pu aider. La personne de l'accueil est très aimable et prévenante mais ne parle que l'espagnol. Pas un seul mot d'anglais ou d'autre langue. A la fin du séjour, cette personne nous demande de payer sur son compte personnel, et non sur le comte de l'entreprise, alors que nous avions payé d'avance. Booking nous annonce qu'on va recevoir des instructions par Whatsapp - ce n'est pas le cas. L'endroit est splendide et le bilan du séjour est positif si on n'est pas exigeant.

If you are an xc runner type, do not miss sunset runs on the volcano right above the house. Things like Timanfaya, La Geria, Tinajo, La Santa, Famara are just a stone's throw away. Great value for money.

Herrliche Aussicht über Landschaft und Meer. Liebevoll angelegter Palmen- /Kakteen Garten. Sonnenterrasse. Küche (mit Geschirr Waschmaschine) und Wohn-/Esszimmer zusammenhängend. Stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, wie auch Dusche/WC und Schlafzimmer in den hinteren Räumen. Heizung falls nötig mit zwei Elektroofen. Internet Speed nicht überwältigend. Waschmaschine in Nebengebäude vorhanden. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner vor Ort. (Besser als die Buchungs Agentur…) Es war mir hier jederzeit wohl.

  9. FeWo Casablanca ist für eine Inselerkundung gut, für Entspannungstage in der FeWo eher weniger

    Positive: Die Lage war perfekt für die Erkundung der Insel. Alle Inselbereiche lassen sich gut erreichen (Mietwagen vorausgesetzt). Sehr ruhig, alleinlage mit Blick, sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Ferienappartments/ -häusern. Negative: Die Bookingcom webseite macht es schwer zu sehen was bei der Ferienwohnung "Casablanca" wirklich geboten wird, da die Bilder nicht den jeweiligen Angeboten zugeordnet sind. Wir haben das über andere Seiten im Internet recherchiert und wussten deshalb, dass Casablanca eher nüchtern ist. Wir wären sonst enttäuscht gewesen. So war es okay, denn wir waren jeden Tag ausgiebig unterwegs, deshalb brauchten wir auch keine Luxusunterkunft.

    The garden is just amazing, the place is beautiful. We loved our stay, every sunrise was a wonder. We would definitely come back any time! Also just outside the house starts a really nice hike to a pretty high hill with great view over the island.

    Fantastic garden in a wonderful location. We loved it. It's just a pity that nowhere there are transats or hammocks in the garden/apartment so that visitors can really enjoy the garden. It's a pity also that after I booked with Airbnb, I received multiple emails with requests to put my contact details on another website. Airbnb has all these details already and I choose Airbnb for easiness not for making a booking more complicated.

  17. Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. L'hôte est aimable et discret. Le logement est une petite...

    Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. L'hôte est aimable et discret. Le logement est une petite dépendance à côté de l'habitation principale de l'hôte. Situé en hauteur, il permet une magnifique vue sur l'île. Toutefois la route non bitumée pour arriver au logement secoue la voiture de location et rend l'accès difficile le premier jour, le GPS ne nous guidait pas vers la bonne adresse. Concernant la localisation, le logement est au centre de l'île permettant d'accéder à toutes les extrémités en maximum 40 minutes. Une place de parking est disponible, la voiture est nécéssaire car sans celle-ci l'accès au logement est quasiment impossible. Aucun commerce de première nécessité n'est accessible à pied. Toutes les commodités sont trouvables à Puerto Del Carmen, situé à 15 minutes en voiture. Nous faisions nos courses à Lidl. Le logement est spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Cependant nous mettons un gros bémol sur la salubrité de celui-ci. Il y a une forte odeur de vieillot quand on y entre, camouflée par un diffuseur d'odeur. Des morceaux de peinture au plafond du salon se détachent et tombent au sol. Il y a de nombreuses traces de moisissures dans les coins et sur les stores des différentes fenêtres. Nous avons aussi noté des tâches noires sur la vaisselle. Seules la baie vitrée du salon et la fenêtre de la chambre peuvent êtres ouvertes, ne permettant pas une aération optimale. Les bouches d'aérations ne sont pas nettoyées et pleines de poussière. Attention à ne pas laisser la poubelle ouverte car les petites bestioles s'accumulent rapidement. Un service de ménage est proposé le dimanche, cela s'est très bien passé. Des serviettes de bain sont présentes dans le logement. La communication avec le propriétaire en amont est impossible car les messages sont restés sans réponse. Toutefois, nous sommes arrivées plus tôt et nous avons pu accéder au logement. Petite déception au niveau du matelas au milieu de la montagne présenté sur la photo, il est très délabré en réalité, a perdu de sa couleur et ne donne pas envie de s'y installer. Il y a toutefois dans le jardin une jolie table en pierre où se poser pour prendre le petit déjeuner en admirant la vue.

  25. Das Appartement ist ok, der Auftritt bei booking.com sowie die Betreuung mangelhaft!

    Positive: Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage sind in Ordnung. Der Zusatz "Delux" aber nicht verdient. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde zweimal sauber gemacht. Negative: Der Auftritt bei booking.com ist Augenwischerei und beschreibt nicht, dass auf dem Grundstück drei Bungalows und ein Appartement vermietet werden sowie die Besitzer dort leben. Man bekommt den Eindruck, dass es sich um ein einziges Objekt handelt, denn in unserem Mietzeitraum wurde nur ein Preis angezeigt. Ausserdem ist nicht ersichtlich, dass es für das Appartement keinen Whirlpool gibt. Die Fotos sind wild durcheinander und nicht beschriftet. Trotz intensiver Suche haben wir keine Homepage gefunden. Durch Zufall sind wir darauf erst nach der Buchung über Google Maps gestossen. Dort ist alles gut beschrieben. Es wurde im Vorfeld eine WhatsApp-Gruppe gebildet, mit der wir auch die Anmeldeformalitäten erledigten. Es folgte keinerlei weitere Anweisung zur Schlüsselübergabe. Auf unsere beiden Fragen, ob wir am Anreisetag schon früher einziehen und, ob wir unsere Koffern schon am Morgen abstellen können, kam nie eine Antwort. Als wir um 15 Uhr vor dem Tor standen, hat sich auf unser Klingeln niemand gemeldet. Daraufhin haben wir auf zwei verschiedene Nummern angerufen, ohne Erfolg. Zehn Minuten später kam eine Whats-App-Nachricht, man könne jetzt nicht ans Telefon gehen und wir sollten den Schlüssel am Appartement selber holen. Da wir nicht wussten, wo das Appartement ist, mussten wir zuerst überall herumsuchen. Einziger Kontakt in der ganzen Zeit war die Antwort per WhatsApp auf einige Fragen am Folgetag. Das hat über drei Stunden gedauert. Es gibt nur eine Sonnenliege (und gab auch auf Anfrage keine zweite) und die Eisenstühle, die man vom Esstisch mit nach draussen nehmen muss, sind sehr unbequem. Im Bad können die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, was Schimmelbildung zur Folge hat. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer sind sehr schwergängig und für normalgrosse Menschen nur zu öffnen, wenn man sich auf einen Stuhl stellt. Nach unserer Rückkehr nach Hause haben wir Frau Zinn eine Mail gesendet, mit den oben beschriebenen Mängel. Bis heute ist keine Antwort gekommen!

    Positive: gepflegte Anlage in wunderschöner Lage. Das Apartment fanden wir ordentlich gereinigt vor. Putzfrau und Gärtner sind nette, sympathische Leute Negative: Die Zufahrt zur Anlage Nirvana ist eine Katastrophe! Die schönen Fotos der luxuriös ausgestatteten Ferienhäuser mit großen, modernen Badezimmern haben nichts mit Apartment Casablanca gemeinsam. Wir haben uns hier leider blenden lassen. Casablanca ist nicht annähernd so schick! Die Einrichtung würde ich eher als einfach bezeichnen. Von "Deluxe" merkt man recht wenig: vielleicht der Flachbildfernseher und die Spülmaschine. Anders als in der Beschreibung haben wir aber keine Waschmaschine vorgefunden, keine Mikrowelle.... Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und sollte renoviert werden. Schimmel zeigt sich in Duschkabine, um die kleinen Fenster herum und in den Fugen der Bodenfliesen. Die Fenster im Badezimmer wie auch im Schlafzimmer kann man nicht öffnen. Gelüftet wird also nur über die Schiebetür von Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse Der Whirlpool ist nicht für die Gäste von Casablanca bestimmt. Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal auf Lanzarote mit wechselnden Unterkünften. Zwei der Unterkünfte waren traumhaft schön, Casablanca war enttäuschend.

    Se trata de un apartamento contiguo a la casa principal en lo alto de una colina con un precioso jardín típico de la zona. Trato muy agradable y total independencia. Consta de una pequeña terraza, salón con cocina integrada, baño y dormitorio. Muy limpio y en buen estado. A tener en cuenta que al estar en lo alto de la colina hay bastante viento. En cualquier caso lo recomendamos, hemos pasado unos días muy agradables.

    Das Apartment Casablanca liegt in einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Areal am Fuße eines Vulkankegels. Es gibt einen traumhaften Garten, in den man von der Unterkunft aus gehen kann. Wer Ruhe vom Tourismus haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Und mit einem Mietauto lässt sich von hier aus die Insel ohne Probleme erkunden. Wir haben unseren Lieblingsort auf Lanzarote in dieser Unterkunft gefunden. C. K.

    Great location, good service and amenities. Perfect for a couple. Only surprise for us was that the house is right next to a bigger house where the landlord lives, connected by a shared garden. So the bed with the view is only accessible through that garden. For us it was important to have the feeling to be somewhat more private, so this was a little downside. The service agency and the landlord made our stay lovely and relaxed though. We also recommend looking at the other houses the agency offers :)

The apartment is great: stylish with creative furniture, comfortable, clean, & it’s complete kitchen equipment. The climate is perfect in the house & in La Asomada, too. The host is very kind & we got super tips for our holiday. We love Lanzarote & had an unforgottable romantic holiday in Casa Blanca, thank you so much!! :))

    schönes Appartement mit guter Aufteilungd und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Schöne Terrasse mit großartigem Blick bis zum Meer. Gute und zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Lage bietet sich gut an, um direkt vom Appartement Wanderungen zu unternehmen. auch für Ausflüge auf der Insel ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit Sitzrondel mit Blick auf den Vulkan und das Meer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

    Wonderful and wild house on the top of the hill with an amazing vue. The commodity itself is super good with all the stuff you need and the garden is just amazing. Very close to all the “must do” areas. Very much recommended.

    Siamo stato una settimana ad agosto. L appartamento molto bello e pulito al nostro arrivo. Il proprietario, Nico, davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto fare un tour della tenuta, davvero ma davvero bellissima, una vista mozzafiato anche dal nostro appartamento! Non è da tutti i giorni svegliarsi, aprire le tende e ammirare l’oceano! Nella zona c è abbastanza aria, ma l’appartamento è munito di un portico riparato su entrambi i lati, così da potersi godere un buon calice di vino sul divanetto esterno senza problemi! La locazione è ottima, in 3 minuti si raggiunge il paesino più vicino, con Eurospar a 5 minuti di macchina. L’appartamento è delizioso, ci è sembrato di essere a casa per una settimana, arredato molto bene e con tutti i comfort! Assolutamente consigliato! E speriamo di poterci tornare presto anche noi!

    The apartment is a little bit small for 2 persons. We always book an apartment, so we can stay home in the evening to cook and relax. In the kitchen we found a lot of pottery, but no oven nor microwave. As relaxing and comfort is very important to us, we weren't so happy with the sofa nor the bed.Unfortunately, there is only 1 sun lounger on the terrace. The garden and the views are wonderful. The complex is very well maintained and everything was very clean.

    auf rd. 450 m Höhe gelegen mit super schöner Aussicht bis zum Meer in einem individuell toll angelegten großen Garten liegt neben weiteren drei Apartments das Apartment Casablanca. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit W-Lan ausgestattet, kann man hier die Seele baumeln lassen. Eine echte Empfehlung, gerne wieder !

  60. Casa Casablanca in La Asomata

    We loved the apartment setting. A loveley vieuw on the sea and the island. Calm and a large garden, which is well kept. A very friendly house keeper Frank who was around daily. The apartment was large enoug and has enough equipment. But the apartment needs to be renovated. What we did not like was the bed, the shower and the sofa. The bed was too hard, not really a bed system but simple planks, the sheets did not fit well. the shower is old and there were fungi on the ceiling, the shower cabin and tiles. The sofa does not give any support. The slats did not work well and had fungi on it too. We think the price was too high for the apartment in this shape. We like the place very much, but would not hire the apartment again if it stays like it is now, we had troubles with sleeping well and pain in our back.     Die Lage mit Blick aufs blaue Meer ist einzigartig. Ein Spaziergang durch den wunderschön angelegten Kaktusgarten lässt einen alle Sorgn vergessen und dann noch einen Plausch mit dem freundlichen Gärtner! Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - ein kleiner Wasserkocher wäre hilfreich- . Doch im Grunde ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Irgenwann kommen wir bestimmt mal wieder. Wenn Sie noch andere Apts. in der Güte haben, wären wir für ein Angebot bei Gelegenheit dankbar. Es kläme wieder ein Aufenthalt im November in Frage. Nun wünschen wir schöne WEihnachten und alles Gute fürs Neue Jahr ihre Brigitte und Peter Lübke

    tolle Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer vom Berg aus. Empfangen wurde man mit einer Flasche Sekt und frischem Obst 👌. Gab keine negativen Dinge die wir erlebt haben! Super 10 Tage hier verbracht. Danke

  66. kleines Appartement für 2 Personen

    Das Appartement war sauber und top eingerichtet. Bis auf kl. Schalen für Müsli alles in der Küche vorhanden. Spülmittel, Seifenspender, Handtücher, Bademäntel, zusätzliche Decken alles vorhanden. Auch hat man an Beleuchtung nicht gespart. Alleine in Wohn- und Küchenraum 15 Lampen um angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Wenn nicht oft der Wind ums Haus und durch die Palmen rauschen würde, es wäre nur still. Hier ist man weit weg vom Hoteltourismus. Möchte man aber dann abends doch noch einen Spaziergang an der Uferpromenade oder ein Lokal am Meer besuchen, ist man in 10 Min dort ( mit Mietwagen ). Auch zu den Bodegas im La Geria ist es nicht weit. Der Park vor der Terrasse ist toll angelegt, hat eine große Rundsitzgruppe von der aus man auf die Orte am Wasser und nach Fuerteventura sehen kann ( wenn es die Sicht erlaubt ). Würden jederzeit wieder gerne hier her kommen.
