    Positive: N/a Negative: The customer service. We were left stranded for 2 days . The host had double booked. She was rude and obnoxious. When we got in after 2 days sleeping on the beach the beds had been slept in

    Would not recommend this person to book you accommodation. Incorrect information and terrible customer service. I will go to court to get out money back. She had clearly double booked and we were left on the streets

    Eine schöne kleine, gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage: ziemlich zentral (alles zu Fuß erreichbar), aber durch die ca. 10 min bis zur Strandpromenade sehr ruhig gelegen. Für eine Ferienwohnung eine wirklich gut Ausgestattete Küche (mehrere Töpfe und Pfannen, ein großes Schneidebrett, viele relativ scharfe Messer und mein Highlight, typsich spanisch, ein elektrischer Entsafter). Außerdem eine tolle Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon. Kann die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen, der einzige Minuspunkt meiner Meinung nach: 2 Matratzen, statt einer großen, auf dem Bett, die dadurch leider jede Nacht etwas verrutscht sind. Außerdem hat der Check- in leider nicht so gut geklappt, da wir einen falschen Code für den Schlüssel Kasten hatten.

    Positive: Nice complex. Quiet. Negative: Filthy. Dilapidated. Mouldy. Apartment was absolutely filthy. Dust, dirt, grim, grease everywhere. Every surface sticky. Ceiling in bathroom and kitchen about to collapse. Only one mug for coffee, had to buy our own. Appliances dirty. Fan in bedroom never cleaned - full of dirt. No mattress protector. Rubbish left between the bed mattresses. Taps in bathroom held together with tape. Mirror deglazed. Mould in shower. Shower cubicle is tiny and looked as though never changed from the 1970s. View from terrace is overlooking building plot. Distant views to mountains and Fue. Doesn't look anything like the pictures. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Shame on Booking.com.

  19. Appartamento semplice e comodo a Puerto del Carmen

    Positive: La casa è a dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal supermercato, la cucina equipaggiata con tutto il necessario per poter stare in vacanza, l'appartamento è molto comodo e la presenza della piscina arricchisce ulteriormente l'offerta. Abbiamo particolarmente amato il balconcino su cui abbiamo sempre fatto colazione e cena. Negative: Le chiavi sono state lasciate dentro un muretto in mezzo alla strada, la pulizia dell'appartamento non ci ha soddisfatto purtroppo. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento non pulitissimo (lenzuola e asciugamani ok). Considerando che è una casa vacanza, sarebbe bello poter avere in dotazione dei prodotti per pulire visto che non è previsto un servizio di pulizia settimanale. C'era una scopa e altri attrezzi per pulire, ma purtroppo anche quelli molto sporchi ed usurati.

    The flat was very clean, cute, everything disposable, a lot of extra towels even for the beach! I really approcciated. Points that can be improved in my opinion: - some lights weren't working so it was a bit dark in the evening; - would have been nice to have some samples of shampoo and shower gel, which were missing therefore we had to buy, as well as some basic condiments such as oil, salt, sugar, some tea and coffee for breakfast. Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you!

    Apartment is nicer than the pictures. Had everything I needed. Kitchen is more than fully equipped. There is no microwave - but not an issue for me. Beautiful terrace, very comfy bed, Air Con is very good, massive L couch - v comfy. Quiet complex. Good shower. Thanks for lovely stay!

    I had a lovely stay. I did have a couple of issues which were dealt with promptly. Be aware there are no English channels on the TV and no dining table. The kitchen space is very limited (not much worktop space). Bedroom was good with plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with good shower. Nice view from the balcony all in all I did enjoy my stay. Thank you to all involved.

    Das Apartment ist hübsch eingerichtet, es gibt sogar Bademäntel :-) Die Lage ist ruhig, wenn man mehr trubel mag ist man in ein paar Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Um die Insel zu erkunden ist die Lage auch top, da das Apartment fast in der Mitte der Insel ist.

    I had an enjoyable stay. I did have a couple of issues that were dealt with. Kitchen area a bit small with not much work space. Be aware no English speaking channels on the TV. NiCe bedroom with comfy bed and plenty of storage space bathroom was fine too with shower and washing machine. All in all I had a lovely stay

    Die Wohnung selber hat uns zu gesagt was uns gefreut hat war das deutsche Fernseprogramm, aber der Service war sehr schlecht wir hatten 6 Wochen gebucht und nach drei Wochen bekamen wir keinen Austausch der Bettwäsche,keine frischen Handtücher mehr, Geschirrtücher hatte ich gottseidank von zu Hause mitgebracht die wurden schon beim 2. mal nicht mehr mitgenomen zum waschen. Leider auch auf Nachfrage über Wathsappgruppe, keine Reaktion. Eine schöne ruhige Anlage aber wir würden sie nicht mehr buchen

    Really nice place. Nice space. Was hard to find because it's not 216 it's 36.. googlemaps doesn't find it. 089* is confusing too. Good size and facilities. Cooking stuff and welcoming snacks were nice. There is a strange smell in the apartment, like damp which I disliked. great location in Puerta del Carmen. Tv channels are 99% German. Hot water comes out yellowish. Good price.

    Como positivo, la ubicación para salir con el coche a otras playas y que es un sitio tranquilo. Como negativo: Falta pintura Camas separadas y pequeñas para mi, que mido 1'9 Muy luminoso y por la mañana entra mucha claridad y hace que te despiertes temprano. Piscina sucia.

    La comunicación con Davide fue excelente y no hubo sorpresas en nuestra estancia. Encontramos algunos artículos que nos ayudaron como zumo, café, trapos para la cocina, agua, papel higiénico... Aunque parezca una tontería, son cosas que te libran de tener que comprarlo todo. Muy agradable y repetiría sin duda.

    Enjoyed nice break with my wife here, first week of April, to celebrate my Birthday. Apartment was top notch, and couldnt fault. Veiws to south were fab, and watch Sun go down each night, as weather was superb. Only downside is position, as uphill walk for return journey, but we found it no problem (maybe not for all thou). All in all it was very enjoyable.

    Before travelling to Lanzarote we were quite concerned about our choice as we had seen a bad report of this property on a review site. In the event we were agreeably surprised and were delighted with our 'home' for this short break. The situation is very good - a quiet area with a choice of routes to walk downhill to the 'Strip' / beach with all the resort attractions. The climb back up the hill was not too strenuous even for us 70+ year olds! The property is compact, bright, well presented and has pleasant views of the sea and 'mountains'. It was also very well equipped with everything (and more) that most people would need.(Others we considered charged extra for even basic items) Furniture is generally basic but functional and a built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage for clothes. No inside dining table is provided but there is a breakfast bar and stools. A relatively small balcony provides facilities for eating and sunbathing. The small community swimming pool was well kept but quite cool in Feb./March! Unlike many parts of the resort, parking for the hire car is not difficult. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

    The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from Puerto del Carmen and within 15 minutes from the airport. Easy parking, great as a base for daily trips around the island. It is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay too (we stayed just for four nights).

    I spent 4 great days in this appartment. It is cosy, in a good and calm location, and it has everything you may need for a perfect holiday! I didn't meet the agency team in person, but I was in contact with them, and had no problems to get the keys or whatsoever. They even left a bottle of canarian wine and water as a welcome gift! Very very recommendable. If I ever go back to Lanzarote, I would choose again this place without any doubt.
